A Python install script in the repo installs one skill at a time by name for Codex, Claude Code, Trae or CodeBuddy, and npx skills also works. The short-drama skill, ai-short-drama-production, turns creative decisions into 6 contracts (beats, asset registry, blocking map, lighting plan, action ledger, sketch-to-shot) and then delivers a five-column storyboard or one six-module master video prompt. The storyboard director bundles 115 searchable FCML mechanisms. No video model is included, and the README marks real-footage results of the short-drama skill as not yet verified.

When the user explicitly asks for a 3D whitebox previs, compiles existing video prompts, shot descriptions or storyboards into a playable previs of camera positions and basic blocking; creative shot ideas, plan discussions or skill tests do not by themselves trigger rendering. Action-dense fights must pass skeleton, weapon-constraint, shared-contact-point and single-action gates; otherwise they are refused or marked as diagnostic, and block displacement is never passed off as a fight.
