Claude Code installs it from the plugin marketplace and Codex through install.py (Python 3.9+); it runs on the client's own model, so no separate API key is needed. The entry skill kunka-screenwriter routes requests to 12 specialist skills, and ongoing projects keep their settings in a story-bible.md of about 1,000 to 2,000 Chinese characters. kunka-series tracks episodes in a six-column table covering each episode's question, cost, change and cross-episode effect, without fixing a reversal every so many seconds. The NOTICE says the project began as a review of jtydhr88/screenwriting-skills and that its skill text was written anew.
