Toonflow ships Windows, macOS and Android ARM64 clients and can also run in Docker; the server listens on port 3000 with no login. Given a final script, its built-in workflow skill first confirms whether the target is Seedance 2.0 or 2.5, then splits prompts into segments capped at 15 or 30 seconds. External agents can drive the canvas and trigger generation through the bundled toonflow MCP skill. You set model API keys inside the app; the README's sample of about 2 minutes cost roughly ¥130 in model calls.
