Download the repo and open the whole folder in Claude Code; the skills sit in .claude/skills and trigger automatically with help from CLAUDE.md. Both skills only write prompts and never call a generation API, so no API key is needed. video-prompt-director returns one English prompt whose event script is split into Stages, each with one primary change and a stated end state. character-consistency starts from a filled-in Character Brief and then writes prompts for the close-up and the three-panel character sheet. Docs are in English, and video editing and extension are out of scope.
