Input can be a video attachment or link, or a synopsis, screenshots and a transcript; whether the video itself can be watched depends on the host agent. Before segmenting, the user must pick a per-segment cap of 15 or 30 seconds, and if nothing else is specified it plans for 9:16 and about 30 seconds overall; segments break early at scene or outfit changes, and each one states its start and end state. Results appear in the chat and are also saved as creative-plan.md when file writing is available, including image prompts for characters and scenes. It does not generate images or video and needs no API key; install steps target Codex, and the author notes that other agents have not each been verified.
