You need Python 3.13+ with google-genai, plus a Gemini API key in .config/api_keys.json to generate character and storyboard images. produce-anime makes one work per run: 25 episodes of 30 seconds, each split into two 15-second parts, for 50 Seedance tasks in total. The submit skill pushes to an endpoint at localhost:3456, a service that is not in the repo. The README says 6-panel grids while SKILL.md says 9-panel, and the skills hardcode a /data/dongman path.
