Per the README, git clone it into ~/.claude/skills/short-drama; SKILL.md has no frontmatter, so npx skills cannot install it. You work through slash commands such as /start, /plan, /characters, /outline, /episode N, /review N and /compliance; progress is kept in .drama-state.json, and each command reads only its own reference files. The episode list must make 10–15% of episodes paywall episodes, and each episode has 3–5 scenes and ends on a hook; /review scores rhythm, payoff, dialogue, format and continuity out of 10 each. /overseas switches to English and Hollywood INT./EXT. format; it is all Markdown, with no scripts or API.
