Editor's notes
The 8 Beta skills under skills/ install individually, or you can paste a SKILL.md body into an ordinary chat. advanced/ adds two more skills, a story architect and a chief writer, with 6 and 14 chapters of writing rules respectively; the chief writer's rules cover live-action, AI photoreal and manju. The episode-hooks skill, for example, first works out whether the task is diagnosis, design or revision, does not rewrite during diagnosis, and marks payoff as unverified when later episodes are missing. The README says the Beta set has not been tested across models and that hook scores do not represent real retention. It is all Markdown with no scripts or API dependencies, under the MIT license.

Names and descriptions come from each SKILL.md frontmatter; Chinese descriptions are shown in our English translation.
- em-chief-writer
Expands a working episode outline into scene-by-scene scripts for the specified episodes; includes rules for dialogue, emotion, continuity, script format, and adapting to live-action, AI photoreal and manju.
- em-story-architect
Turns an idea or an approved adaptation plan into a core outline, character files and episode outlines; includes writing rules for episode cut points, pacing, conflict, emotional escalation and characters.
- em-adaptation
Emma Short Drama Beta public pro edition · Story adaptation. Turns the working mechanisms of a specified benchmark title into a new story plan, or changes an existing story's characters, setting, relationships and outline along stated dimensions; checks the knock-on effects of the changes. When only analyzing, it does not rewrite the text; faithful expansion of an existing episode outline uses the outline-expansion method instead.
- em-dialogue
Emma Short Drama Beta curated pro edition · Chinese dialogue diagnosis. Diagnoses or polishes short-drama dialogue for naturalness, character voice, repeated information and attack-and-defense dynamics, either only reviewing or rewriting as requested.
- em-episode-hooks
Emma Short Drama · Per-episode hooks. Diagnoses, designs or fixes short-drama episode endings and the hand-off to the next episode, breaks down a specified benchmark title and, where authorized, transfers its hook mechanisms. Use when episodes lack a reason to keep watching, cut points are weak, or there is suspense but no anticipation; voice-over openings for short videos are out of scope.
- em-expectation
Emma Short Drama Beta curated pro edition · Expectation design. Checks the outcomes viewers want to see, plot obstacles, suspense and episode-ending hand-offs, connecting the series goal, stage tasks and the payoff chain; for diagnosing or fixing specific per-episode cut points, use em-episode-hooks.
- em-iteration
Emma Short Drama · Topic iteration. Analyzes a client brief, benchmark titles, a core premise or an existing project, and develops fresh topics and sustainable plot engines through characters, relationships, point of view, worldbuilding and power systems. Use for brainstorming, targeted innovation and developing topics in several directions; polishing an existing script is out of scope.
- em-outline-to-script
Emma Short Drama Beta curated pro edition · Episode outline expansion. Expands a given episode outline into a shootable script, keeping the core events, character motivations and ending.
- em-script-trim
Emma Short Drama Beta curated pro edition · Script trimming. Cuts dead transitions, repeated information and redundant wording from a script while keeping the necessary cause and effect and emotional progression.
- em-structure
Emma Short Drama Beta curated pro edition · Structure teardown. Analyzes the main conflict, sequence structure, pacing and emotional shifts of a script or episode outline; does not revise by default.
