Editor's notes
A single skill, installed with npx skills add or by copying skills/h3-storyboard into .claude/skills; the README is in English and SKILL.md in traditional Chinese. Its core rule comes from the author's controlled tests: a 7-second close-up holding 9 expression beats measured 37–42 dB PSNR with an almost frozen face, and splitting it into three 2–3 second shots brought that down to 22–23 dB. SOURCES.md marks how well each rule has been verified. It covers shot breakdown and performance only, leaving prompt syntax and ComfyUI setup to the separate minimax-h3 skill.
